Head of Paper.--In the case of an Officer serving on the West Coast of Africa, a statement is to be added whether he
a native of thar Coast. (Colonial Regulations, $430.) Head 3.--State the description of Allowance for which the Application is recommended, viz, Superannuation, Compensatio Compassionate Allowance, or Granity, and its amount. In the case of Persons claiming an addition to their Pension in respect of Professional or other special qualifications, this should be stated, and a reference should be given to the authority under which the claim is made.
